Tadas Janušauskas is a doctoral candidate at the History Faculty of Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. He holds an MA degree in Nationalism studies and his field of interest is modern Jewish history. He has briefly taught in high schools and at Vilnius University. Coming from Lithuania, studying in Hungary and now living in Greece, Tadas is a “decorated academic tourist”. At home he is also known for being one of the organizers of protests against commodification of higher education, advocate of the right to protest and a critical voice in a variety of social spheres.
